給香港人的最新政策 – Stream B 申請不需要學歷證明！！
自2023年8月13日起，持有加拿大有效臨時居民身份（持有工作簽證）並在加拿大全職工作至少12個月或同等時間兼職（至少1,560小時）的香港人。英語4項技能（閱讀、寫作、聽力、口語）均達到CLB 5，即思培普通4項技能5級或以上；或雅思普通的閱讀4級或以上，其他5 級或以上；便符合資格申請成為加拿大永久居民！

The newest policy for Hong Kong people - Education proof is not required in Stream B application!!
Effective Aug 13 2023, Hong Kong people who have valid temporary resident status (with Work Permit) in Canada and have worked in Canada for at least 12 months full-time, or an equal amount of part-time hours (at least 1,560 hours in total); have CLB 5 in all 4 skills (reading, writing, listening and speaking), that is CELPIP General 4 skills with level 5 or above or IELTS General Reading 4 or above; other 5 or above will be eligible to apply as Permanent Resident in Canada!

年滿19歲
懂基本英語寫作及溝通
OWP申請截止日期延長至2025年2月7日
凡於過去10年獲得加拿大認可學位或文憑（至少兩年的課程）的香港居民，無需找到工作，亦可以申請長達3年的工作簽證。持有合法工作簽證於加拿大工作滿一年，便可以申請成為永久居民。
Hong Kong residents are eligible to apply for a 3 years Open Work Permits if graduated from Degree or Diploma programs within last 10 years. Employer support is not required. For details, please contact us.
計劃移民加拿大的香港人，現在開始安排來加拿大讀書，只要完成兩年文憑課程，便可以申請成為加拿大人永久居民。

(A)
申請前的三年內在加拿大獲得大專或以上學位
整個課程至少有一半時間是在加拿大境內學習
(B)
於申請前三年內在加拿大有至少一年全職工作經驗
在申請前五年內獲得大專或以上學位。
Requirement:
(A)
completed a post-secondary designated learning institution in Canada in the last 3 years
at least 50% of their program of study while in Canada
(B)
at least 1 year of full-time work experience in Canada in the last 3 years
must also have completed one of a post-secondary learning institution in or outside Canada in the last 5 years
